What is the issue here? She's married! Nothing wrong with being attacted to her. Confused about what? You said she is your good friend. Where's the confusion?

Now if you're talking about being more to her. What the frac are you thinking about? Just be her friend for craps sake. Why do you have to cross the line?

No you're not confused. Being attracted to someone who is married is natural, even when you are good friends. But be wary of taking it any farther because you might lose a good friend.

Alternative 1: If you go beyond mere friendship and do the wild thing, then break up or stop the wild stuff, she may not be as good a friend as before. Or you may not treat her the same afterwards. Blame could point both ways.

Alternative 2: If you remain good friends, try to get her to do the wild thing with you, she might not want to see you again in order to protect her marriage.

Best advice: Stay good friends. Refrain from the wild thing. But don't agonize over being attracted to her. Wanting and having are 2 different things.

No not confused, it is normal to have feelings for another person. If she is coming on to you, then yes I can see your confusion. Take a step back and take a good, hard look at what is going on. If she is complaining about her husband, run like someone is chasing you! Do not fall for it. If she cannot take your rejection, she is not a friend. Remember if it's not you that she lures in to have an affair with, it will be someone else's life that she destroys!!

Married women are off limits, I'd stay back if ur having thoughts on taking ur friendship further. Just think of it this way.... How would u feel if another man was with ur wife? It's just bad new all the way around... U don't want that kinda karma, trust... Reminds me of a song "Gimme 3 steps, gimme 3 steps mister, give me 3 steps towards the door." U definetly don't wanna deal with her husband... There's plenty of unmarried women out there, find one...

Why are you attracted to another man's wife? What are you confused about? She's married and not available. What's so confusing about that? Find a nice, single woman.

Shyguy,
You don't sound confused! You sound like you want your relationship to be more with this lady.
Nothing is doomed. Stay Friends and "be there" for her.

Obviously you have feelings for her!!!! :-)
Maybe she feels the same way about you too!

Keep from getting "in over your head", as many can get hurt here, though.

My wife made good friends with a man, said it was innocent and even chided me for thinking otherwise. Of course, it did turn into an affair. Don't think you can control feelings and emotions so easily...if you pursue this, it might lead to an affair and it might ruin her family and perhaps the lives of her kids. You don't need that on your shoulders...let her own marriage and life takes its own course without you.

It maybe that your confused and also she's giving you all the attention that makes you feel special. but if your in love with her, don't go there and become a home wrecker. For your own good, stop that feelings before you hurt 2 people.............
