Apparently it is true for some few people. There is also a condition called synesthesia, where a person's senses are wired...differently. People with synesthesia may smell colors, taste sounds, or see music. Fascinating condition, really.

Yes, if you're fluent in music. It works well for me if I also do kinethetics--move your fingers as you silently read the music to the fingerings you would use on an instrument as if you were playing it. Weird, eh? This would also help me sight-read music in singing.

yes it is if i read lyrics im hearing it with out the music. i think its just a mind thing. i really dont know how that works. i think that would be somthing fun to look up

Umm well first you have to turn on your cd player and find the lyrics online lol thats pretty much the only way I know how to do it or listen to the mp3 on my computer.
