I was wondering if anyone here is bothered by the late sunrise times that this early start to daylight saving time has brought on. Where I live, the sun did not rise until about 7:30 this morning which I consider to be quite late. This really bugs me. Does it bug anyone else?

The sunrise now (in the US with Daylight Saving Time) is still not as late as in December when there's no Daylight Time.

This morning, Monday the 12th of March, the sun-up here in New York will be at 7:13 a.m. That seems late, but for five solid weeks in December and January it comes even later, as late as 7:20.

Before the last Sunday of October, the sun also comes up later than today, about 7:20 a.m. for a few days. Most everyone seemed to accept that. I didn't hear about any campaign to shift the end of DST to September. In fact, I remember that a lot of people lamented the change back to Standard Time!

I'm not bothered at all! I'm 100% for Daylight Saving time, and I welcome the extra hour of daylight in the evening, when people can enjoy it after work, rather than having the sun come up before 6 a.m.

I enjoyed whilst i become working to have the extra daylight hours hours to have the skill to do issues, at the same time because it become nonetheless easy outdoors. you have later holiday in the backyard for BBQ's, you are able to go out and get some chores completed and it continues to be daylight hours. i'm no longer one to circulate outdoors as quickly because it get dark, and no longer want tocontinual at night. So whilst i visit circulate to my son and kinfolk i will stay longer using fact thecontinual abode now would not contain employing at night. additionally being a easy sleeper, I in lots of cases upward thrust up whilst the easy starts coming by using the window in the morning. Now that this is later, i'm getting to sleep longer in the mornings. a minimum of for a quick time till my physique rhthym re-adjusts.
