What the hell's the matter with you??? If you don't like Vista then buy either buy XP or install Linux or whatever - but stop whining!!!!! You want to sue Windows Vista???? Do you have the IQ of a banana????? Go ahead ans sue and I'm sure that the CD and license number will somehow roll into court............. I've never seen anyone sue an object!!!!!! Now let's just pretend that there's a remote chance that you'll come to your senses and and realise that you'd have to sue Microsoft and not their product.... - why would you do that anyway???????? If I were the judge I'd throw the case including your butt out of my courtroom in the blink of an eye and then recommend that you'd be detained for Psychiatric evaluation!!! How stupid can you be?????? You bought the computer with Vista pre-loaded into it, so now you want to sue???? You have no legal basis for such an action. Ahwww. ... you're "not satisfied" with Vista........ - so why don't you configure it to look and act like your damn XP?????? - Unless of course you don't know how which is undoubtedly the case.
My opinions aside: I have a laptop with XP and will gladly trade if you're interested. Your computer will also have to be a laptop, with a built in camera and mic, 120GB hard drive, 2GB DDR RAM, etc....... in order to be comparable.

Forget about the sue, it's a waste of time; besides you can't sue just because you don't like something, you need to prove you got some damages, and even so it's hard if you are poor.
About the exchange it will depend on where and when you got the computer. You can ask the store. If they don't want or can't do the exchange ask them to install XP back on it or just buy a new or used copy of XP before they disappear and install it.

There is no need for an exchange. You can simply replace Vista with XP on the same computer. Since the computer is Vista compatible, XP will run super-fast on it.
