How does one manage a knowledge worker who has more talent than yours?

Although my questions stems from experience in the IT sector but I guess this is pertinent to any industry. To put a context to the question asked teams where couple of members who have exceptional conceptual knowledge of basic architecture and also have fast problem solving abilities.
