I'd try www.newegg.com, but I don't think they sell Sony ram. They do, however, sell just about everything else.

I find http://www.crucial.com/uk a useful site. Not sure how they compare price wise, but the memory advisor is a fantastic tool. It will help to ensure that the memory that you buy is suitable for your computer. Especially useful for laptop memory and distinguishing between memory specification standards.
