Send it back, and say I don't want it back. If they don't get it right the first time I'm done, and I've never had to pay for a meal I couldn't eat.
My wife worked in a kitchen for a while, and she saw some of the things the cooks did to returned orders.

I would complain and send it back.If I order something,that is what I expect.I do not settle for second best.
