I want to grow a peach tree from a peach pit.

first very careful cut the hard shell to get the soft inside seed put the soft seed inside a small plastic bag along with a very damp piece of kicthen paper closed the plastic bag and make small hole in the plastic bag and put it inside the refrigerator door and check it so often for about a month or more,when you see small root open the plastic bag ,let it grow about an inch or so, planted in a small pot .it works because i did it ,good luck to you.

First you have to let it dry. Which would be around a month or so just sitting.
Then Plant the pit in a pot of fresh potting soil about 1 inch deep.
Water the pot . keeping it moist but Not wet.
After that it's just a lot of patience. Waiting and watching
till it sprouts.
Fruit trees are very Slow growing.

you plant it in the yard or a flower pot and feed it miracle grow! but it takes a long time for anything to happen,sometimes years!

YOU HAVE TO STRATISFY IT FIRST, THAT MEANS PLANT IT IN THE FALL TO WINTER OUT DOORS, OR PUT IT IN THE FRIG FOR AT LEAST 6 WEEKS, THAN PLANT OUT DOORS, WATER WELL, IT SHOULD GROW.
