Yes it could. This is what I found out in an article about foods that are harmful during pregnancy these are why you want to say away from undercooked eggs (when the yoke is runny it is undercooked)

Salmonella
This is usually traceable to eggs and chicken meat. This means no more licking the cake batter spoon! You should always ensure that your eggs and meats are cooked thoroughly. When using a cutting board for chicken be sure to wash it prior to using it for another food, particularly things like raw vegetables.

Symptoms can include: headache, abdominal pain, nausea, diarrhea, shivering or fever.

Tips:

Never eat raw meat or eggs
Always wash your hands after preparing food, between foods, and after the restroom
Avoid contaminating foods with each other
Always use clean utensils and cooking equipment
Avoid dented cans
Eat or drink only pasteurized products, including apple juice
Completely defrost foods, especially meats, prior to cooking
Do not refreeze anything that has been defrosted
Reheat food only once, then toss it

It's doubtful that over easy eggs from trusted restaraunts and well known areas will hurt. But you should be aware that any raw food or undercooked food has the potential to have bacteria in it that can possibly hurt the baby in the early stages as well as later on. I would cook them a tad longer just to be safe. Its only 9months, and if you just cant eat them any other way, ask your doctor what they think.

The thing with eggs is that there is always a chance of Salmonella.

"A high proportion of eggs contain salmonella organisms and sometimes symptoms can consist of malaise, headache, nausea, abdominal pain, diarrhea and shivering and fever. Occasionally dehydration and blood poisoning can occur, so this is why it is advisable to avoid contact with salmonella in pregnancy. I would recommend therefore that you avoid foods containing raw egg such as homemade mayonnaise, mousses and ice cream that might be contaminated. If you like eggs, provided they are thoroughly cooked, they are all right to eat, and this means cooking them until the whites and yolks are solid. "

Congratulations on your pregnancy! :)

There's a small risk of salmonella poisoning from undercooked eggs which isn't good for you or baby. You'll need to either cook them well or not eat them at all to be on the safe side.
Congrats!
