First off it's whole sale prices.
You can find great shoes on E-bay, I found a pair of New Nike's just Yesterday and won the bid , only paying $30.00
for a $100.00 pr. of Sneakers.
I have also found great things on Half Price.com and there
are many other sites like this.
Type in Discounted Shoes or something similar, into a search. You'll find sites all over to choose from.

I didn't know seals wore shoes. or had their own pricing for that matter.

I doubt it's wholesale but DSW is pretty cheap, upper-end, and a good selection. They have nice sales, too!
