I don't really want pierced ears because my ears are really sensitive and they might get infected after I get them pierced. I have been wearing clip-ons that I get at Claires but people make fun of me when I wear them. Are clip-ons wierd? Be honest!!!

nope. i'm 29, and i've found some really cute clip-ons. i can't pierce anything because my body rejects it. anyone who makes fun of you for wearing clip-ons is just searching for ways to feel better about themselves. don't worry, and rock on with the clips!

NO it doesn't matter what other ppl think. It's about what you think. Sometimes I wear Claire's clip ons but nobody makes fun of me. How about you at least try getting your ears pierced. If you take care of them they won't get infected too many times but you will have an infection at least once. Also, get the really cute kind at Claire's like not the kid clip on type but the teen kind. Good luck!!

Talk to your doctor. If he/she says it's OK, go for it. Make sure your earrings are really good quality at least 14k gold or better if you can since you have sensitive ears. Follow the directions the people/doctor gives you and make sure to disinfect. If you have any problems don't hesitate to ask your doctor or go back to the place you got it done. If you don't get your ears pierced then keep wearing the clip-ons and if anyone bugs you, just remember how sad their life must be that they have the time to tease someone about something that goes on your ears.

Some clip ons can look really elegant. I tried to wear some, but they were really painful. I have pierced ears, but my grandmother gave me the earings. Clip ons remind me of old ladies not little kids. I hear there are magnets you might want to look into that.

Also the style right now is to wear one big accessory like a big neclace or earings, so why not just wear neclaces, rings, bracelets and not worry about earings.

People are probably just jealous beause they put holes in their ears. Piercing your ears isnt bad at all and if they are sensitive they make special earrings. It hardly hurts at all. But it's all your choice if you want to keep wearing clip ons go for it after all it's your body. I think they even have magnetized earrings too I havent tried them but give them a try.

Did they offer the effect of being contaminated or something? when I had my ears pierced i do not fairly undergo in options how previous i replaced into yet probable 8, i replaced into allergic to the metallic they used contained in the starter rings. To this present day i'm very allergic to all varieties of metals except gold so I even might want to seem for 14 kt gold rings. Even like belts and issues which have metallic will reason bumps and finally sores on my pores and skin. i might want to seem into something like that and note if perhaps there have been any signs and indications of allergic reaction or an infection. We had my sons ears piered at 6 months and he has never afflicted them except perhaps for 10 minutes when we change them and then he forgets they are there back. he's 3 now. we are able to do our new child daughters once she's previous adequate that we are able to discover someone keen to do it yet i wager i don't know if i might want to keep attempting regardless of each little thing of that or no longer. i wager finally you daughter will be previous adequate to make your options up for herself and be able to go by with searching after them on her own.

I've never had my ears pierced either (and I'm in my 20s). I've only worn clip-ons once in my life, but I don't think they're bad, I just found them uncomfortable.

Anyways, you should do whatever you want. If you don't want them pierced, don't do it just because they want you to. It's good to stick up for yourself every once in a while. People have bugged me over the years to piece mine, but I haven't budged.

to be honest, clip-ons are kinda weird to me... but if you don't want to have your ears pierced then don't pierce them, just don't wear earrings at all, unless you wanna go with the clip-ons, it's your choice really.

NO! I know of a few adults that don't have their ears pierced, and it's FINE. Many culture's women don't pierce their ears at all.
