we are married now 8 years , the first was great sex all the time ,now maybe 1 time a week.if i am lucky.....What to do??? i am 35 he is 34

Because it has become routine. Remember the hottie you were when you two were dating? Become that hottie again. Wear that little black dress and high heels and then take him on a date. Finish it of with some hot loving while still wearing those high heels.

I would have to ask first if the sex has become routine and how much spice is in it? Men are visual creatures for the most part and not that he is not attracted to you any more but he has seen you in every shape and form if you and he has been married for 8 yrs. Nothing is spontaneous so you need to liven it up. I have alot of suggestions on how to get it going again but for one I would say when he is in the living room watching TV and the kids are gone put a pillow down between him and start pleasing him. I can just about tell you the TV won't be on for long. I also like to play a game with him it is called Concentration....As long as he can concentrate and keep talking to me I please him but when he stops talking so do I!!

After 8 years, I think sex once a week is great. I've been married almost 2 years and the last time we did it....was.....before Valentine's day. That's right, I didn't even get any on V-day.

Maybe it's routine as suggested. Come on to him make him feel desired and sexy. Shake things up, different positions, sexy underthings, sex toys. Men are need visual stimulation. Maybe a porn movie might help. Maybe he feels he's not satisfying you ,pump up the ego. If my wife did these things I wouldn't be here now.
