I'm doing an assignment on the case of Saucier v Katz and In Defense of Animals... Did Katz win the case? Were his fourth amendment rights violated? Was excessive force used or did Saucier get qualified immunity? Was his arrest unreasonable since he wasnt presenting danger or a threat? Thanks.

When asking about a case, it's generally a good idea to provide a citation, or at least a state/district and year.
