Here is a link to an article on the matter:

It seems that every company falls into a pit where they just take the easy way out and coat-tail on the success of other companies. Apple computers seems to be the target for many of todays computer manufacturers and even Microsoft has taken steps with Vista to rip off parts of Mac OS X.

This sort of thing has been happening since long before my time. Apple came out with the mouse design and implementation; Microsoft stole that idea. While I'm sure that many ideas were stolen from Apple Inc., I also believe that Apple has done its share of borrowing ideas to increase sales.

Microsoft owns 10% /or more\ of Mac, Windows is doing Dual Boot on Macs, MSlinux is Mac,Windows compatible One World, one OS. Nobody learns anymore.
Looks like they are prepping public to accept the reality of what is.
Life goes on.
