ok, this was in the mid to late 90's, it was very similar to power rangers or something like that. I believe it was in the era of Street Sharks also. The only distinction I remember is that I played with action figures that were beetles, (green, blue, and purple?) and they could change into different machines or something along those lines. If you remember something, please link a site so I can confirm it, thanks in advance.

beetle borgs. You know how i remember? Because it was filmed in my town. I was in elementary when it was filmed and i live in a small town of 30,000 so it was a big deal! I remember i was in class one day and we had to be in the front of the school and act like it was a regular day at school for the show. It was so cool as a little kid!! I even watched the episode to see if i came out but i didn't, i was bummed out :( . The town it was filmed at was Santa Paula, California if that helps to figure out more about the site.

Dude it was The Big Bad Beetle Brogs...!!! I used to watch that when I was little. I only watched it cause it made me laugh ..with the bad acting and the Power Ranger knock off...HAHAHA . It was so cheesy it was good !!!
