Through Meaning

through includes the present moment and including the day of Tuesday till midnight. So as soon as Wednesday starts, unavailability starts. If you were to use the word between like "I will be accepting appointments between now and Tuesday" I would interpret that to not include Tuesday. The best way to avoid confusion would be to use some extra wordage like "I'll be available up until and including Tuesday"

When I was a child in the 80's, before the understanding of what "generation" meant in the Bible was refined, I figured: People can live to be 120 years old (a 138 year old man died in 2008 (or he was 130 if an "inaccurate" record is correct)). If the "generation" of 1914 will not pass away, then that gives us 120 years, putting 2034 as the latest possible date for Armageddon. I beat Mr. Coptic to the punch! (And I was only a child whose skull hadn't hardened yet!)

It means that you will be available from the day you said that to the end of Tuesday. On Wednesday, you are no longer available.

Keeping it as simple as the words themselves "defines" the meaning. Namely: I will be available [on call, or at your convenience] through [the last day (Tues.) and ALL of that day]
but after that, as it stands right now, you'll probably have to make
special arrangements with me for another time block.
