I'm 15 and I think I am kind of getting a double chin. (I'm not obese or anything.) I do laugh an awful lot....could that be why? Anyways, how can I tighten the skin under my chin?

Um, maybe you could do neck-clenching exercises... uhherrrr

It's probably not because you laugh--that's face exercise. anyway if you're not gaining weight then this is probably just genetic and your chin is supposed to look like that.
It's not a double chin so quit worrying about it and enjoy life because you're a teenager and you're not allowed to worry about your chin until you're in your 40s.

Everyone has a double chin if they're a healthy weight. It just depends on how you move your face back. No worries, you're fine nothing you can do will change it
