i'm still kinda learning, so yes....i do.... lol.

theres a guy on here called "hellion210" (which sounds kinda satanic to me.... but whatever.... lol) and i read a buncha his guitar answers. i asked him, he said to just practice standing up, and then it will feel normal in time. it just takes time, like anything else in life.....

make sure you start with your guitar strap at the right height though, if you put it real low its harder to reach, and if yo uput it too high, then you cant adjust its position when you need to.

find that hellion guy, he had a TON of info for me. i stored one of his Q's in my watchlist thing to keep track of him if i have questions. lol.

It's helps to have your strap adjusted correctly, but it is a pain too me, I feel more comfortable sitting with the guitar propped on my knee, bad habit-started out that way. You must can't see or feel comfortable with your chords just yet. Keep practicing though don't let it get you down-you'lleventually get more comfotable. I don't know why but the acoustic guitar seems more aggravating standing than the bass does -it much easier to me. keep working on it you will get more comfortable-but if it's okay with whoever you play with if you sit until you get comfortable, then that would absolutley be your best bet-especially if you're not keeping up or sounding bad.Good Luck-But Have Fun!!

I do sometimes, but that's because the guitar is farther away form my body then I'm used to. I can usually fix the problem by tightening up my strap.

well, its hard to pee standing up, but the only reasons it should be hard to play standing up is if the guitar is to heavy or you dont have a strap
