Over the hedge: hammy goes nuts nintendo ds, how di I get channel 15?

I appear to have finished the game as far as I can tell, there are no more blue pins on the map, but I still dont have chanel 15, why?

You have to turn the first dial to UHF, then turn the second one to 15.
