I'm 23, and will be in San Diego during spring break next. I'm getting conflicting information on wether there are fees from under 25 drivers.

I have used Advantage and I have never heard of any fees for being under 25, sounds like discrimination to me anyway. As long as you are insured, I don't think that they care. Check website, I could find no restrictions and when I rented/ reserved on line, there was no question of age.

I haven't used Advantage, but I rented from Budget not long ago and found their rates to be under $20 a day - was very surprised. Also look at Rent-a-wreck - always a good deal.

Have never used Advantage. Have you tried Enterprise ? I always use them and have been very happy with the service.
