We are starting out in L.A., staying Downtown.. not sure how far everything is from there and if there is much to do around. Secondly we are off to San Fran then to Vegas and finally New York where we will be for Christmas. I just want to know if I could get feedback on places to go, things to do and the weather around that time of year.

Call and find out where you can get
a visit California package. It comes
with all the info and even pictures.
It has hotel prices and maps. All the
best resturants, etc. In fact every state
has one.

New York at Christmas is something special. Rockefeller Center (the ice rink and the tree(watch the skaters there, to actually skate, go to either Bryant Park or Central Park)), 5th Ave. window displays, St. Patrick's Cathedral, see Christmas Spectacular at Radio City Music Hall or the Christmas show at the Theatre at Madison Square Garden, shopping, museums, a million things to do and see. December can get cold, but this past one was fairly warm.

Florida is a good place to visit during December. I live in Nebraska and we went there between Thanksgiving and Christmas one year and it was great. It was warm but not too warm. We went to Walt Disney World and Universal Studios/Islands of Adventure. They also have Sea World and several other places to visit. Try to avoid places that get extremely cold or tend to have alot of snow. The northern states aren't a good idea.

Disneyland is near Los Angelos. I recommend going to Universal Studios Hollywood too. My family had a great time there--even better than at Disneyland.
