I have had better experoence with boys myself, but i know some truely amazing girls. What's your opinion?

* I really think it depends on the person. Women can be more sympathetic and men are more able to allow things to roll off their back. Both attributes are a plus, especially depending on the situation.
But I truly believe it is more about character than gender.

With my experiances the only guy friends i've had have only been after one thing and when it doesn't happen i eventualy don't seem to find them in my life any more. Or if it does happen they also end up leaving with you as just another notch on the belt. Really though they don't stay very long. Maybe i was hanging out with the wrong kinda of guys also.

Both boys and girls can be loyal friends. Like the first person answered it depends how that person was raised.

it depends but from my experience so far it's been some boys, they are pretty loyal willing to listen and aren't as judging, some girls are the same way but more judging. Like others say i think it depends on personalities and not genders.

Boys are the most loyal, some girls are pretty good but in my long experience with friends the male friends will always be there.

Although most boys are really big jerk wads, to me they make more loyal friends because girls are girls, they can be nice and evil, boys don't have problems like we do. they just get over it. boys don't go around tell people you busness or get in a fight with you.
no saying all boys are like this. but you might find a good boy who you can trust

If you can find the right girl friends they can be amazing. But, for me I've had better luck with having some great guy friends.

Both can be so shady. I would prefer to have loyal girlfriends but that is so rare. guys can be ok but they just don't understand alot of things girls go through. Tough call.

I only have one good guy friend, and we've had our moments, but I know he'll stick with me no matter what.
Then again, most of my friends are girls, and even though girls are known to be b*tchy drama queens, they can be loyal too.
I think it doesn't matter what gender - it just varies from person to person.

Usually guys because they are just like that, but some girls are great too....dont just judge on the gender though
