You can use Willow Bark which you can get in just about any health food store, however, headaches are usually caused by dehydration of the brain. Try drinking a 4 oz. glass of room temperature water, wait ten minutes then drink another 4 oz. This should help to rehydrate the brain. You also need to consider not eating lots of sugar and chocolate. Caffeine has also been known to cause headaches in sensitive people. Best of luck and I hope this helps.

Yes! I heard that taking Stress B vitamins along with Calcium helps with preventing headaches the natural way. It won't relieve the pain right away but it helps! Also, make sure you are well hydrated with water! Coffee may help relieve pain but actually dehydrates you therefore making it worse! Stay away from alcohol because that also dehydrates you. If you are having migraines, then see if they are associated with your menstrual cycle! I had really bad migraines until I started supplementing with Iron pills. You should ask a doctor about that though.

A couple. If you're having migraines, Feverfew is terrific. It stopped my migraines dead in their tracks and they haven't come back.

Peppermint oil on the temples can be soothing.

White willow bark is what aspirin was derived from.

Those are possibilities.
