When i sign up to different forums online, they are supposed to send me a confirmation email to activate my forum account. I have not been receiving these confirmation letters. This has been happening recently actually. I have never had this problem before; i used to be able to get confirmation letters all the time, but now, no. some forums i tried signing up for were smashboards and gunzfactor ( if this helps ).

The reason is that your inbox doesnt know the new website or the forums in which you are added. Hence whatever the mails comes from such types of websites they automatically goes to ur Junk mail or spam mail(whatever u call it). So plz check ur junk mail folder and see the confirmation email. I have also faced such problems before.

Look in your spam or junk folder from your email host. they may have started a different implementation.

Check your junk or bulk email folder! Lots of times they are lurking in there!
