How to convert amplitude into theta?

if the amplitude is 3 cm, how do you get theta?

alright, it's a pendulum problem, and I'm trying to solve it step by step. Right now, I;m trying to find the Energy of it. E=mgh=mg(L-Lcos(theta)).
How do I get theta?
