NH2OH + H2O -> OH- + NH2+
So [OH-][NH2+]/[NH2OH] = Kb
If x ion-mole dissociates, we have
x^2/(0.27-x) = Kb
For Kb of 1.1x10^8, x<<0.27, so
x^2 = 0.27(1.1x10^8)
x = sqrt ( 0.3x10^-8)= 5.3 x 10^-5
