If you had the power to fire one of the 3 judges on the show (Randy, Paula or Simon) which one would it be and why?

Paula...she is a waste. What musical talent does she have anyway? She is pretty, but an 80's has-been.

I think it would have to be Paula because she is so nice and tries to keep the people hoping when they should be truthfully taking what Randy and Simon say to heart because they have been producing music for a long time. If I were on the show, I would appreciate knowing what I needed to work on and Simon and Randy will flat out tell the people what they need to do to improve. Plus Paula sometimes, I believe, will say something just to annoy Simon and that can't really help the contestants if she is giving wrong advice just to be perverse.

Actually I would fire all of them and put people up there that has a modern taste.. I know Randy does but Paula is an 80/90's has been and Simon is just a producer of the show...

I'm sorry but before you go criticizing Paula why don't you do your homework first, Paula has recovered a very serious medical problem with years and years of difficult recovery. She is lucky to be alive. She is not a drunk. Just do a little research first. Besides Paula had plenty of hits and topped the charts several times in the 80's. I'm not her biggest fan or anything, but she has earned her spot on that show. Who would you put up there? Missy Ellliot? haha. or maybe Beyonce? hahaha.
I definately agree Randy is annoying as hell DOG! Simon is honest as hell, he does the best no doubt, but Paula is genuine.

Just one? Probably Paula then. She is too unpredictable. A little too sappy and half the time you can't understand what she is saying anyway. She tries to sound nice when actually she is the meanest judge there - giving people false hopes. That's just plain mean.
i am betting you get more Simon answers than anything - and yeah he can be a jerk - but something to think about - he never lies to the contestants. He tells it like it is - and if people are honest most of the time they were thining what he was saying just not brave enough to say it like he does.

Randy - He gettin very hard to satisfy....no no no wait.... then Paula would have to leave to because she always just says what Randy says, but in a nicer way.

I would fire Randy...His vocabulary is-well, sub-standard. I'm still trying to figure out what the hell the "yo factor" is!!!! hahaha
Honestly though, I really like the 3 of them together.

Ha...they should just throw Courtney Love into the mix. Her and Paula could share drugs and it would be one hell of a show.
