Children are naturally interested in their bodies. There is nothing shameful or wrong about that. As long as it doesn't seem like she's grabbing them b/c they are irritated or painful.
If your family is giving you looks, you might kindly inform them that this is developmentally normal and even healty.
You might be glad you don't have a boy. LOL.

That's normal, she's discovering her body - and is only just now noticing that she's got them. You're lucky, my daughter learned the word "mole" (she calls freckles "moles") before she discovered hers, and upon discovering them, she was constantly trying to lift her shirt and yell "MOLE!" *grin*
But it's a phase, and they get over it once they've investigated everything they want to know about them. If you're worried, you can tell her "no", but just be sure you don't say "bad" or she might develop a body image problem.

This is totally normal, she's at that age where they notice little things about their body that they find interesting. If it's embarrassing you, then you should just pull her hands off when she does it and tell her "no." My daughter is just a little older than yours and when she started using the potty, she starting trying to touch her "teetee", I guess since it was right there. I just told her, "no, don't touch." And eventually she lost interest. Your daughter will get past this phase eventually. Then she'll find some other embarassing thing to do! Good luck, and don't stress about it!

Yes , you make her cold taking her shirt off .
And why does she have to run around shirtless ?
If you are self conscious about it around family, put a shirt on her instead of trying to force some unnatural behavior because an adult is feeling weird.
