Being able to have children has no effect on the ability to orgasm. Even children have the ability to orgasm. Orgasm is a physical reaction and not a hormonal reaction, so it is not linked whatsoever to menopause.

I had a complete hysterectomy two months ago and is postmenopausal. To answer your question yes I still attain orgasms. It depends on the woman though. Some attain orgasms and others never experiences orgasms at all ever!

I am in peri-menopause and I am highly orgasmic. It is hard to think that anything will change over a period of 5 years ( give or take ).

Definitely. You might not have as much lubrication so you might need a bit of astroglide or have your pattern slow down so you will be well lubricated. Lack of lubrication can cause pain and prevent you from having orgasm.
