I am annoyed of people call them sites(THERE NOT ALL SITES DUMBA$$). Anyway Bittorrent is a good program(if you use dial-up) and Morpheus is a very good p2p program.
Some good torrent sites(where you get the torrents) are
thepiratebay.com(not the best and rarely works)
mininova.org(great!)
and you can get morpeus from www.morphies.net(go to the download Morpheus banner) but don't get the new Morpheus
