try doing homework as soon as you get home from school. what i do is stay after and do homework with friends or during studyhall. if i don't get it done, i usually call a friend and do the homework with them rather than get the answers or i have them explain it to me. then, i do the homework that involves reading chapters by myself, unless my friends have to do it to. using that stragety, i get homework done by 6-7pm and have the rest of the day to do wutevr i want and get to sleep on time and wake up on time without feeling too tired. i don't usually eat breakfast, but when i hav time i do cuz evry1 tells me i'm supposed to so i guess you should also. i'd suggest going to sleep around 10pm.

time management.. start a journal tracking your time throught out the day.. mark down EVERYTHING you do, the time you do it and how long you spend doing it. do this for 2 weeks with out fail. you'll soon be able to see where you spend 'frivilous' time that can be used for homework. by doing this you'll be able get yourself on a schedule and get 8 hours o sleep. I had my daughter, also a jr in HS do this and she was surprised how much time she spent texting that could be hwk time. she's in bed at 1030 and up at 6..no problem, homework done..and she's not so cranky in the morning any more.

Breakfast.. absolutely. it is the most important meal. your body needs the fuel to get started, gets your blood sugar back in a healthy range so you don't feel tired before lunch or starving by the time lunch hour hits. nothing big, toast and peanut butter, fruit even a turkey sandwhich. who said that breakfast had to be cereal.. I have pasta sometimes or even tuna salad. listen to your body.. it will tell you what you need but the bottom line is to eat something!

An average person needs 8 hours of sleep a day. So if u have to wake up at 6am, then i suggest u sleep at 10pm at night. Just count back basing on your wakeup time.

As soon as u come back from school, have a shower and take your lunch and relax for 15mins. After that, get down to doing your homework. After that, relax for awhile before u start doing some revision... Relax your mind about half an hour to 1 hour before going to bed. Just plan your time and schedule wisely. Hope this answers your question.
