Ok, what if luigi showed up? Both before and after he was to become an itallian mafia member?

I think that mario would win mainly because he has so many different power ups (mushroom, flower, cape, *star*, any other forms he got from super mario 3) and if you want to see a video of mario v. sonic this has is: www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/28041

Sonic would easy beat the hell out of Mario because Mario just has his hammer, fireball, supersize, and limited time invincibility, while Sonic has his speed. There's no way that Mario would be able to lay a finger on Sonic. Sonic is just too fast for Mario.
Yoshi vs. Tails: The Chameleon Tongue vs. The Flying Tail with a Lot of Speed. Tough battle to pick a winner because technically, it could end in a tie because Miles is a wuss, so he wouldn't do much damage to Yoshi, and Yoshi probably would be able to get his tongue on Miles since he's so fast. But if Yoshi could somehow get his tongue latched onto Miles, then Yoshi could swallow Tails and then spit him out as an egg.

Hmm...interesting question... Well lets go through the facts of the strengths and weaknesses of Sonic and Mario. Strength: Sonic is really fast; Mario can shoot fireballs out of his hand if he acquire a flower and he can't die as long as there are enough mushrooms around to eat. Weakness: Sonic doesn't have much of an arsenal other than speed; Mario has one chance to get hit before he die if he is powered up, otherwise one hit is all it takes to kill Mario. Now, if Mario is powered up than he can take at most one hit from Sonic. On the other hand, Mario has never face an opponent as fast as Sonic before so it's really a tough one. Lets put it this way, it will have to come down to where the battle is taken place. Call it the home court advantage. If Mario fight Sonic at Sonic's realm where there are circus loops and tracks and the works, than Sonic will have the edge and probably win. Now, if Sonic fight Mario at Mario's realm where there are sewage networks where Mario can use to teleport himself anywhere he wish and blocks with mushrooms and flower power hidden inside, than Mario will have the edge and probably win. As for the other two, Tales will whip Yoshi *** because of two reasons: one, Tales has the advantage of flight and two, Tales can fight and Yoshi can't without the aid of Mario or Luigi riding on him.

Sonic VS. Mario
Sonice will win because Mario can't touch anything that spikey while Sonic can knock everything of^ ^.
Tails VS. Yoshi
Tails will also win this battle too. He can fly and jump over Yoshi's head while Yoshi's still wandering around the ground.

Mario cus he and Luigi would kick major *** although it would be a hard fought fight considering how fast sonic is! and yoshi would definitely swallow tails and digest him into an egg.
