I'm trying to think of the name of this tv show...?

There was this show on ABC Family where a teenager would get his or her room made over by a professional team and then they could pick a few friends to help them out... For some reason I just cant think of the name, anyone know?

it was KNOCK FIRST! I loved that show..i used to race home from school to see it everyday..by any chance are u looking for the theme song? if u need to know anything else email me.
