Since the other day when I turned my computer on, the bar that is usually at the bottom, (where the time is) is now at the top of my screen and I do not know how to change it, why has this happend and is it fixable?

The bar you speak of is the taskbar. It is easily moved, as long as it is not locked, by just left clicking and drag (hold the mouse button down when moving it) on any unoccupied blue space back down to the bottom of the screen. You have to drag it relatively close to the bottom of the screen and then release the left mouse button.

If it is locked, which prevents it from being moved, then right click on an unoccupied blue space and uncheck the "lock the taskbar" option.

You have probably just accidentally moved it without realizing it. All you need to do is this....

Move your curser to the middle of the bar, click on it...and then drag it back to the bottom of the screen. When the bar appears at the bottom, let up on the mouse button. It's really no big deal, you can anchor it to the top, bottom, or either side of your screen. (I remember the first time I did that it freaked me out.)

It's probably there because you accidentally put it there. To move it back just drag it back down to the bottom of the screen. If that doesn't work, right click on the bar and make sure "lock taskbar" isn't clicked and try again.

It has happened because someone or something has dragged it there.

You can click your left mouse button on it, hold it and drag it back down to the bottom of your screen.

First make sure the task bar isnt locked. You can do this by right clicking on the task bar and noticing if "Lock taskbar" is checked

Well you can try clicking and dragging it back but I've found that is not real easy to do. Make sure your lock toolbar is off, which you will see when right click on empty space on taskbar. Good luck on dragging it back to where you want it. It works for others, should work for you.

I'm guessing that you're running Windows and that you're referring to your task bar.

If so, you probably accidentally moved it. To move it back, click on the task bar and drag it back down to the bottom. To stop this from happening again, right click on the taskbar and click on "Lock the Taskbar"

Because someone click and dragged it up there. Just click and drag a blank area of the toolbar and put it where you want to.
