for me, muse is the greatest band! but i want to explore other bands that sounds like them especially if the vocal is a female. do you know any???

I don't know of any, but I agree with you, they are really great. But you can go to Yahoo! Music and search for them and They'll tell you some similar artists that you might like.

check out www.virginradio.co.uk and click the listen now link. They play all sorts of stuff in the same category as the MUSE as well as other stuff!
