NO! I am VERY ANGRY that my stupid Satellite, Dish Network does NOT even offer it! My bill went up $12 and all I got for my "upgrade" was more ESPN, News and Home Shopping. I am thinking of giving them das boot and getting Direct TV, they put Chiller in their upgrade, and nothing beats an all horror/sifi movie channel!

no,,, because time-warner cable's idea of 200 channels means doubling all the programming of the first 100 channels, then advertising it like you are getting twice as many, when it's the same channels repeated,,, though I heard it was a good channel, featuring the original twilight zones, night galleries and alfred hitchcock shows,,,
