@kerol & jan: .ph ? Sounds like a phishing site to me. try http://www.ssa.gov/ instead.
@maple leaf: I see now. I'll leave my original comment up for coherence, but strike the phishing assessment and take the link as directed at folks from the US. I wish I could withdraw my thumbs. (That sounds odd.)

john, the sss site is a philippine site, and jan is correct. the asker will be able to get information about everything related to social security system in the philippines there. the site you gave, while legit, is actually irrelevant should the asker be filipino.
to the asker, i REALLY suggest you delete this question. you don't want your benefits landing in another's pocket do you? :) cheers!

You can find your aswer by going to this site: www.sss.gov.ph all you need to do is to put your social and your date of birth. there are some options there to choose from.
Better yet, just to make it sure... you can ask a copy of contribution from your HR department or visit an SSS office near you.
