What you mean w he "trew"? You mean, as in he threw up? vomited?
If he has bad colic, and he vomited, he will be dead soon. Maybe you can call the vet just to put him out of his misery as colic is excruciatingly painful.
If he has NOT vomited, you can pass a nasogastric tube IF you know how to do that, but not a good thing to do if you have never done that or not properly trained, as it can cause more harm than good if you don't know how to do that.
If you have phenylbutazone or xylazine (some farms carry them), you may give what the label recommends, not more.
If the colic is too bad, sounds like it is, there is no way out of calling a vet. Otherwise, your horse will die a very painful death, please, don't do that to him.

I understand the money problem, but CALL THE VET! Really! (I know lots of vets -- my dad is one (I claim no special veterinary expertise, though) -- most of them will help you at a reasonable price and work with you on payments if they can. All good vets love animals and want to make them well!)
BEFORE you call, try to take the horse's temperature, respiration rate, and heart rate if you know how. These will help the vet determine how serious it is and give you advice over the phone. If these are normal, the vet will probably tell you to keep an eye on him but not to worry too much. If nothing is wrong, the vitals will be normal, your mind will be a ease, and the vet won't charge you a thing.
Make sure your horse doesn't lay down and roll or thrash about, as that could cause an intestine to twist and worsen the problem. If he starts doing this, walking is typically recommended, but as long as you can keep him standing that will help.
Take away all food...until your vet says otherwise.
Don't give your horse ANY medications until your vet says to -- these can make the situation worse!
Good luck!!! I hope your horse is feeling better soon!

I would be calling the vet asap, He has no way of telling you he has a stomach ache except to behave the way you described. Check on him as soon as you are done reading this. If he is still acting strangely, or worse yet, laying down(get him up and walk him around) Get a vet out there NOW! He might be colicing...Vets usually take payments. What is worth more, your horse or a couple of months of payments?
Let me know how he turns out.

To one of you on here horses cannot be sick it is physically impossible.
Sounds like oyur horse could have mild colic. Is he looking at his flanks? Getting down, rolling? Has he had much to drink? Check for dehydration by pinching the skin on his neck then letting it go if it returns immediately he is okay if it slow he is dehydrated.
If he is eating try a very wet bran mash with some veg oil in it. This will help any blockage pass.
Keep any eye on him and if he gets worse call a vet.

you need to check what he is eating. see if he has been getting into milk weed and things like that. you will have to look and see what kind of plants are growing in the field. you need to monitor how much alfalfa and other foods that you are feeding him and see if changing it will help.
