As a Chinese that live in Beijing I think that it will one day happend. As the goverment opened China to the world, the people are starting to understand more about the outside world and the goverment is now starting to give us more freedom. In fact, they are planing to stop the control over the media for some time and see will it help China. As for 100% political liberalisation, I think this will take so time, maybe in 30-60 years. But I belive it will happend

China may become more moderate, but it won't turn from Communism.

The idea that trade will help China become a true Democracy is rediculous. These mega trade agreements are really hurting the USA, and especially blue collar manufacturing workers.
