i want to prepare to be able to play soccer for 70 minutes on a field thats like 110 yards long how much do i have to run everyday so i wont get tired so fast and to stay hydrated

Run run run run and more running, combined with salt tablets and lots of water.

I would try to gain endurance by running for 15 or 20 minutes a day for several days until you can do it without to much of a problem. I would then expand your running each day or every other day until you get up to about an hour. I would do this for several more days. I would not limit your training to level ground. I would find a place with some hills and run on them. When you get to the point where you feel like you are in the condition, you want I would continue to run for what ever time you have settled on.

run more often, try to run long distances at a constant speed best way is to hit the trendmill at speed 7 for ten minutes. Run with some weights on, good for your leg muscles.
