Now, you know that it is bad. Can you ever trust a liar?
Good lying is when you try not to hurt someones feelings. Like when they ask you if you think they are fat. That kind of thing. That's good lying. In some cases it is also bad lying.
Either way when you fib or tell lies, your lies will eventually catch up with you.

yes lieing is BAD my friend
but if you lie for a good reason such as a Birthday surprise or other harmless stuff, i think it's OK.
i think most off the people can judge when it;s fine and when you shouldn't do it.
there are questions like... i cheated, should i tell her/him?
oh well, that's a tough one. i guess, the best way to answer this and to figure out to lie or not lie is, to live your life so that you don't need to use the bad lies. and for other peoples good and happiness such as surprises or presents.... it;s fine 9=

some people think it is ok to lie if you are protecting someone or you told someone you wouldnt tell there secret and someone asks you about it but it has its rules. You should try to never lie but if you think that it will really hurt someone in the long run or hurt your relationship then i say no. Truth is always the best policey
