They are no good because the football nowadays has gone to another level, in terms of professionalism and youth development programs. How can the football team be good when they eat nasi lemak, roti canai and curry mee? If u have seen the Malaysian league, some of them can't even play at full speed. The Koreans eat dog meat, the chinese footballers drink turtle blood. The Malaysian footballers drink teh tarik cow. What a joke! Previous old days, everyone was on the same level, no advanced technologies in terms of development (food, training, academy's, set-up etc). Now the major teams are way ahead in these areas. Even if u bring Alex Ferguson, Mourinho or even Marcelo Lippi as coach will not be able to change anything for as long as the development is stagnant.

In the old days, a player dun have to work too hard (due to the standard of living). The player can concentrate more in the game.. But with today's standard of living, a player have to be the breadwinner for his home, he has got a full time job, etc.
And the best part is that with all the good food around, their weight is heavier... hee hee

Because we dont have good quality couch, back then the couch is better and more discipline. Now its only about money making and talking rubbish.

agree with andersen. The coaches are not as good as b4 and the players are all playing havoc.
