Okay, this is going to sound gross, but...?

If sperm is clear, is it sterile? I heard the whiter, thicker, and more quantity is important in conception, but I was wanting to know if the clear sperm, (not in a large amount) is able to get someone pregnant. (I know this may sound crazy)...

Yes, any amount of sperm can get a woman pregnant. That is why withdrawal is not an effective method of birth control... The drop before the "real thing" that can contain plenty of sperm.
