She ruined my future. When I was a senior in high school, I was dating a very wonderful girl. She was a freshman in high school. I'm in my sophomore year in college and she is a junior right now. 4 months ago, we broke up. 5th months ago, we made love. That time, we were very much in love with each other. and now, she is telling that she will accusing me of statutory rape. Can she do that? She did let me get access to her goods. It wasn't like I was forcing her. It is a mutual decision when we decided.

No she can't.

Two reasons: a) it's been too long for her to make a proper charge b) there's no evidence. If you went to court, it would be your word versus hers (and if each of you brought evidence defending your character, they would cancel out as well).

You're fine. If you get called into the PD and they ask you anything, just say no and you'll be fine.

And stay away from her, forever. She's done. Move on and let go.

I'm sure she could concidering how much older you are to her. You have stated your ages. and she could always turn it around to real rape. I mean seriously how much older are you than her? if she's a junior in high school and she's 16-17 and you're 19 it could be a problem. It all depends on what your state laws are. Some states say if you are under 18(strictly) and the girl is under 18 then if she presses charges you'll go to jail. So find out what your state law says about this.

Ok, you could be. Depends on the state you live in and if she will actually follow through.
Most states have a 4 year age difference stipulation. I'd have to say you can always get a free consultation with an atty. I'd say call one and find out where you live.

I'm female and really dislike when Females do this to guys.

You were stupid. I dont think she can accuse you of rape. The truth will come out on the stand. Why would she all of a sudden accuse you of this now? I think there is more going on here than you are telling. Get a lawyer and then get some counseling.

well it is a very difficult situation you have here it is really hard to get into a womans mind when shes hurt have you tried asking her if she still likes you? She can do that dough but 5 months ago it will be hard to tell if you did something and she is doing this because she is hurt that i can bet it is true you should probably try confronting her and asking her if she feels something for you still take it easy shes still hurt keep that in mind try keeping her on you're good side!

First you must ask yourself why would she pull a 180. Something must have happened after or during that night of passion. Did she want more after that night, a relationship. Or did you treat her badly after the romp in the hay? Or during? Talk to her. Her making a claim of rape is a serious matter. Try to get her to talk it out.
