How do you set up your St. Johns University e-mail account in Microsoft Outlook 2003?

Pretty much self explanatory; How does somebody set up their St. Johns e-mail account to be used with Microsoft Outlook 2003? Can it be done?

I've searched St. Johns Central and there was no information. As such I asked the question.
