for some reason my screen is all of the sudden messed up. the screen in the middle freezes. any tips or help?

you need to plug you ipod into your computer/laptop and wait about an hour or 2 then try to use it again if that doesnt work redownload itunes and update your ipod

Can you turn you IPod on/off? If not then try pressing and holding the middle of the buttons for a few seconds...or try pressing and holding menu. You may also want to check the IPod website for help/support topics.

most issues like this can be resolved if you plug your ipod into itunes, mopre info would be nice your description is sorta vauge. but if that doesnt work take it to an apple store
