She ruined my future. When I was a senior in high school, I was dating a very wonderful girl. She was a freshman in high school. I'm in my sophomore year in college and she is a junior right now. 4 months ago, we broke up. 5th months ago, we made love. That time, we were very much in love with each other. and now, she is telling that she will accusing me of statutory rape. Can she do that? She did let me get access to her goods. It wasn't like I was forcing her. It is a mutual decision when we decided.

Hate to tell you this, but even if it's consensual, sex with a minor is still an offense. My condolences. You might want to see what you can do to placate her, because that's NOT a great thing to have on your personal record.

enzo32ferrari's dating tips...for guys?

Topic: No I didn't! Yes you did!

Statutory rape usually is under the grounds of you having sex, and the person you are having sex with says "no" or "stop" somewhere during the beginning. If you don't stop, it is rape; if you do stop, it is not rape because she let you onto her; but she decided its not what she wanted, so you stopped. Plus, its too late to make a case out of it I think because there will be little evidence left, and it was 5 months ago...just kick back and see what happens; and don't give in.

If she didnt report it as rape at the time i think you will be believed since the allegations only come about when you guys broke up. Dont worry this wont ruin your life. P.S unless she is a minor you cant be charged for statutory rape anyway if shes over 16 and she consented it perfectly legal

You're screwed buddy. Rape is a very dangerous thing. It's both hard to prove, but easy to accuse. If you really didn't do it, then don't worry about and let the courts (if it gets to that) decide on what happened.

Well she can take you to court if she wants to, but you could only hope justice will do right. She won't have any evidence, and you would surely have personal witnesses etc who can give you behaviour statements etc. I think she's just angry though, although it wa a while ago now...

she can try to charge u with rape, but it will be hard to prove. plus u might want to check out the statue of limitations. meaning that u can only be charged with that crime for a certain amount of time. also since u are less then four years older then her, it would only be a misdamenor if charged

No it will not be. As long as it truly didn't happen and it was both consensual. Also, talk to your friends, and or parents so they know what is going on. If they all knew that you were dating her and or having sex with her(even if you feel embarrassed to tell them, Tell Them anyways). Have your family and friends on your side to talk about this, and maybe your parents or someone you know will talk to her parents if this really didn't happen, and they will talk to her about it.
