I feel like a total outsider! Any time I suggest any of these two anime everyone just looks at me weird:[

I enjoy these anime as well, enjoyed watching them, so you definatly aren't an outsider at all, because there there are alot of fans out there of these two anime, as well as other anime, I think unfortunatly you got the bad luck to run into some people who gave you an unpleasurable time when you brought up those anime.
But that's how it is for alot of series. You have the people who really love it and people who like it, but then, there are those who dislike it and are going to say negative stuff about it..think that's how it is for any entertainment genre.
Next time you suggest anime and bring them up and if someone does look at you weird, ignore their look or ask them why they dislike it and have them suggest what they like, maybe to get an understanding of what it is they are into and why they dislike them so you don't have to feel as bad when they give you those responces.
But either way you aren't an outsider and they are good shows. ^^

yay!!! I'm a total anime otaku, so I just love a bunch of anime. Eureka Seven is a huuuuge fsv of mine. I usually get the same reaction whenever I talk about it. Some people don't like gundam or mecha-like shows, but that's one of the main bases for anime, so you're gonna find a good mecha-ish anime. but, yah, the chemistry on Eureka Seen is great because there's the tension between Talhoe and Holland and their old love and at the same time Eureka and Renton are blooming. It's really great. Trinity Blood is awesome, too. They have a lot of good voices like the guy who does Hughes on Fullmetal Alchemist and the kid who does Al on Fullmetal. Great choices in anime! ^-^ ( sorry abput going on so long. hehe)

I think they probably just dislike anime in general or only dedicated to one particular anime. I love Trinity Blood and I think Eureka Seven is great as well. Count me in!

Eureka Seven was a great series balancing comedy, romance, and drama like very few can. man i love that series (Reading the Manga now). Trinity Blood I thought was good but felt it was a little bit too much like Trigun.

Eureka 7 is pretty good, but I really dislike Trinity Blood. Makes me bored.

i like them. i've watched eureka seven until the end (with eng subs) and it was kinda cool with all the drama between holland, talho, eureka and renton. now i'm watching trinity blood, i'm on my first episode but i think it will bo cool.. so you aren't an outsider..
