everything went real bad today,, forget the cold shower,or drinking. how can i get over this ??? i hate being this way !!!!!

Meditation it makes all the worried fade away.
Try this visualization:
Lay down, close eyes
Visual a soft silveryblue rain shower gently hitting your body.
It flows thru each pore, as it does it pushes out all the day's toxic pollutions with it. As the toxic energy leaves your body thru your pores you feel lighter and cleaner. The negative energy will be cared for by the angels so don't worry about it.
Lay there lighter and more refreshed.
You may get light headed, so don't do anything for a hour or so. Best to do before sleep.

I just hate those days, but unfortunately, we all have them. A good thing to do for this is if you have a hobby, get busy with it and try to get your mind off of things. If you don't, you might try vegging in front of the t.v., taking a walk, a long bubble bath, listening to music, or if you can afford it and have the time - catch a movie. Hope you feel better - here's a smiley for ya! :)

Ya me too. Sorry, no I'm not. It really sucks. There is nothing anyone can do. Sometimes its just all bad. Best thing to do is make it to night night 2 sleeping pills and call it a crappy day. Hope tomorrow will be better but don't get your hopes up or you'll be knocked back down to your knees. Now Go SCREAM!

you can either dwell on it and let it fester, or just go to bed knowing it will be better tomorrow.
I feel like this: I have two choices, give up, or get on, and the first really isnt an option so i only have one!

Go for a walk. Have a good cry. No one cares if you do. Scream at the top of your lungs. It is ok I will plug my ears go ahead !!!
