I'm not sure if one exists, but you should be VERY careful about any information you put in on one of these sites if it does. Some of these are just data collection agencies. You MAY cause the person you are trying to investigate (for valid reasons) to have their identity stolen...of which YOU would be liable for due to your own failure to use due care with their personal information.
